ADNOC Distribution’s profits jump to AED 2.1bn in 9M-25

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: ADNOC Distribution logged net profits amounting to AED 2.16 billion in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, compared to AED 1.87 billion in 9M-24, according to the financial results.

Revenues hiked year-on-year (YoY) to AED 26.43 billion at the end of September 2025 from AED 26.61 billion. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) climbed to AED 0.17 from AED 0.14.

The company achieved the highest 9M fuel volumes in its history, totalling 11.70 billion liters. It added 85 new service stations across its network in the first nine months of the year, bringing its total network size to 977.

A majority of these new stations are in Saudi Arabia, where ADNOC Distribution added 72 new service stations. This brings the group’s total network in the Kingdom to 172, marking a 150% YoY leap.

Financials for Q3-25

In the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the net profits of ADNOC Distribution jumped to AED 830.42 million from AED 718.48 million in Q3-24.

The ADX-listed group registered higher revenues at AED 9.32 billion in July-September 2025, compared to AED 9.08 billion a year earlier. Likewise, the basic and diluted EPS went up to AED 0.06 from AED 0.05.

Bader Saeed Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, said: “ADNOC Distribution’s record performance this year is a testament to the progress we have achieved to date against our five-year growth strategy, furthering our transformation into a mobility and convenience retail leader.”

He added: “By focusing on non-fuel retail, including through a refreshed ‘Oasis by ADNOC’ brand and our property network, we are building a flexible mobility and convenience platform responsive to evolving customer needs, while creating sustainable, long-term value for shareholders.”

In the first half (H1) of 2025, ADNOC Distribution recorded double-digit growth in its EBITDA and net profit.
